UPDATE 4 - 31 OCTOBER, 2023

Hard to believe we are only 38 days away from our big day! Below are a few IMPORTANT updates.

- Dinner Entree Selection & Farewell Brunch RSVP -

Please click HERE (for each member of your guest party) to select your reception dinner entree and brunch RSVP at your earliest opportunity.

- Hotel Room Block (closes 11/8/23) -

There are still a few rooms left in our room block at Le Meridien - The Stoneleigh if you require hotel accommodations (or just want to hang with the bridal party). Click HERE to reserve.

- HAVEN'T RSVP'D (YET) -

But still planning on coming? Please let us know so we can accommodate you (otherwise you might end up sitting at Cousin Eddy's table)! If you can’t make it, we totally understand that too, just let us know.

UPDATE 3 - 3 OCTOBER, 2023

Our room block reservation link for the Le Meridien - The Stoneleigh is now live through November 8th, 2023. You can book any combination of arrival and departure dates between 12/7/23 - 12/11/23 .

Room classes include:

$219 - 2 Queen Beds

$219 - 1 King Bed

$269 - Junior Suite (1 King Bed - w/optional adjoining room with 1 King)

$319 - Signature Suite (1 King Bed - w/optional adjoining room with 1 King or 2 Queens)

To book adjoining rooms, first book one of the suites, then book one of the desired type of connecting rooms and notify us (or the property contact - Peyton Slayter - 469-375-5848 - Peyton.Slater@LeMeridienStoneleigh.com) that you prefer that they connect.

The hotel will work to accommodate us if the room block fills up, so if you have any issues booking, or do not see the room class you would like to book available, please contact us at jcandemilyclark@gmail.com.

UPDATE 2 - 30 SEPTEMBER, 2023

Dear Friends & Family,

A little over a week later, we have some additional updates to share...

- Hotel Block - We have reserved a room block at the Le Meridien - The Stoneleigh in Uptown Dallas for our guests traveling in from out of town. Additionally, we have decided to stay on property as well!

We have updated the Travel section of our website with hotel details. The room block will open for reservations early next week (October 2nd, 2023) . We will send out a separate update with link to book rooms once the room block opens.

Please make your reservation at your earliest opportunity, especially if you prefer one of the suite options or need adjoining rooms.

Unfortunately, we discovered that the Dallas Marathon is the same weekend as our wedding and the Omni Dallas informed us that there will be multiple road closures on Saturday and Sunday which will make travel to and from our wedding venue very difficult from the location of their property.

Fortunately, The Stoneleigh was able to accommodate us and is both closer to the venue and in Uptown versus Downtown.

- Farewell Brunch - We are hosting a Farewell Brunch on the morning of Sunday, December 10th from 9am till 12pm at the The Stoneleigh. If you would like to join us, please update your RSVP to include this event by clicking the RSVP link. You will step through your existing RSVP and be presented with the option to attend this event as well.

- New Wedding Website URL - We have updated our wedding website URL! Our wedding website is now accessible at www.clarks.wedding (no .com needed).

We're happy to share that details are now live on the Registry section of our website

Hotel Recommendations

Listed under the Travel section of our website. We are reserving a room block at the Omni Hotel Dallas shortly and will send an update out once this is live on our site.

***Edit: We haved moved our room block to Le Meridien - The Stoneleigh due to the Dallas Marathon event near the Omni Hotel - See Update 2 above.***
